Is Armpit Sweat The Source Of Your Frustrations? Check Out My Story

I finally got tired of this excessive armpit sweat so I decided to check the web for some solutions. I spent weeks getting through all the junk on the internet. Some advice I found was pure nonsense and potentially harmful.

Nothing out there was helping me find a natural remedy to my armpit sweat problem. Just when I was about to quit, I finally found this perfect e-book that covers all-natural remedies for excessive armpit sweating.

To go and check out this life-saver book just click on any of the links here or click on the More Info button on the left side.

You can’t even imagine how thrilled I was when I found this book, after all those years of embarrassment!

I first began suffering from excessive armpit sweat back in high school so I was reluctant to go to dances, parties and dates. I was afraid to raise my arms in public, worried that someone will notice my sweat stains. Sometimes I would feel disgusted with myself because of this. It was definitely not a stress-free adolescence.

My first desk job was a nightmare. The office dress code was pretty formal so we needed to wear pants and shirts every day. Because of the added stress that the job brings, the sweat stains were even bigger than normal and harder to wash-off.  Thinking non-stop about my sweaty armpits made me loose hours of productivity and caused an even greater blow to my self-esteem.

Soon I started to look for solutions. I’ve tried just about every single treatment available, just to keep the armpit sweat under control. I tried using many different deodorants I bought in supermarkets, potent antiperspirants, I’ve even considered going to surgery to fix my armpit problem. Needless to say I didn’t have much success with these remedies.

I was avoiding the surgery and the botox injections since I was afraid of their possible side effects.

Luckily for me (and for You) I came across this method that helps you combat excessive armpit sweat with an all-natural, super-simple method in as little as two weeks.

Seriously, if you’re tired of excessive armpit sweat and ready to finally start living again, than you will get this ebook. Click on any of the links in this post or the blue More Info button.

It has helped me and I’m sure that it will help you too.

Best of luck.

Armpit Sweat – What To Do If You Start Sweating On A Date!

Have you ever been afraid to go on dates because of your sweaty armpits? I used to feel the same way. Let me tell you about my turning point that made me start researching ways to control my armpit sweat.

-
Picture this scenario: Dinner….candles…hot date…armpit sweat. Which one of these things doesn’t belong? If you guessed armpit sweat, you’re absolutely correct. And I’m not talking about just a little bit of armpit sweat; it was like a monsoon in my armpits. I could actually feel the sweat dripping down the sides of my body. I tried to keep my calm, but I knew if I lifted my arms, my date would see huge wet marks on my armpits. I excused myself and rushed to the bathroom to assess the damage. Sure enough, the sweat marks from my armpit sweat were growing with every passing second. I knew I couldn’t make it through the rest of the night like this, so I found our waiter, paid the bill and snuck out of the restaurant. Thankfully my date and I had driven to the restaurant separately, and before I knew what I was doing, I was driving home.

-
A few minutes later, when I worked up the nerve, I called my date and made up a story about how I was pretty sure I had gotten food poisoning and I had to go home. As you probably guessed, we never went out again. To this day, I still kick myself for walking out on that date.

-
I hope no one has to go through what I did while trying to cope with my sweaty armpits. I know there are many different types of hyperhidrosis treatments on the market, but sometimes there are emergency situations and you need a fast acting solution to your armpit sweat. Hopefully, with these tips will be useful, and the next time you are on a date, you will be able to control your excessive sweating.

-
Staying hydrated is one of the best hyperhidrosis treatments. With this in mind, I would suggest ordering an ice cold water as soon as you sit down to dinner, and I would avoid drinks with caffeine and alcohol. Those types of drinks will only cause your body temperature to rise and will probably cause your armpits to sweat more.

-
Applying cornstarch, baby powder or talcum to armpits prior to your date will help soak up excess moisture. This is embarrassing to admit, but once I was out to dinner with some friends, and nothing I did seemed to calm my armpit sweat. I left the table, and asked a waiter if I could have some cornstarch. I went to the bathroom and used paper towels to apply it to my armpits, and the sweating stopped!

-
If your armpits start to sweat, it is a good idea to excuse yourself to the bathroom as quickly as possible. Try not to be awkward about this though. Your date will be able to tell if you are uncomfortable. Once you’re in the bathroom, you can run cold water on paper towels and put them under your arms. This should help to cool off your armpits and stop the sweat. After you feel cooler, use dry paper towels to dry off your underarms and hurry back to your date!

-
I hope these tips give you the confidence to get back to dating and enjoying your life!

Armpit Sweat – Tips To Help You Destress Your Life And Sweat Less

There have been times when I feel like I finally have my armpit sweating under control, and then I’ll receive some bad news, or I’ll find a bill that is two weeks overdue, and in just a few minutes, my armpits will be soaked with sweat. At times like that, I wish I could take the saying, “don’t sweat it”, and really apply it to my life.

-
I figured out that stress was causing me to sweat more than usual. And when I sweat, I really sweat. So I decided that a great way to help control my sweaty armpits was to relax. That’s right, relax. It may sound simple, but stress can actually be a hyperhidrosis trigger, so hopefully, the less stressed you are, the less your armpits will sweat.

-
You may not have the time or resources to plan an elaborate vacation to an exotic place, but you can plan a “stay-cation”. A stay-cation is where you have a vacation in your home town. Your stay-cation can be whatever helps you relax: watching movies, spending quality time with friends, sleeping in until noon, golfing all day, cooking, checking into a hotel, reading, etc. It doesn’t really matter what you do on your stay-cation, all that matters is that you treat it like an actual vacation. When you go back to your normal routine, you will feel more relaxed and hopefully have less armpit sweat.

-
Take a deep breath. I don’t know about you, but when I am stressed, I start breathing rapidly and that’s usually when my armpit sweat starts. When I feel stress induced panic setting in, I take several slow, deep breaths. If I can, I close my eyes and picture the situation I am stressed about being resolved. This gives me hope that the situation isn’t that horrible after all, and my armpit sweat usually decreases because I don’t feel as anxious.

-
Another way to relax is to take 20-30 minutes out of everyday and have “me time”. Me time is whatever you want it to be. It’s something you do that benefits you and only you. Do you like to paint? Your me time can be finishing that painting you started last year. Are you an aspiring writer? Write 300 words everyday and that book will be finished before you know it. Do you love photography? Take pictures every day and in 6 months, take your best pictures and self publish a coffee table book. By taking time to focus on yourself, you will find that your stress levels will decrease and so will your armpit sweat.

-
Practicing yoga and tai chi are invaluable in fighting stress induced armpit sweat. I used to think that I had to be extremely flexible to try yoga, but I found out that isn’t the case at all. Once I finish the workouts, I actually feel like I have a new lease on life. My head seems clearer, and I feel ready to take on anything. When I am practicing tai chi, I visualize my sweaty armpits being a thing of the past.

-
Everyone is different, so these are just are few suggestions to help you de-stress your life. Find whatever works for you, and really stick with it!

Armpit Sweat – The Best Way To Cover/Hide Armpit Sweat

Anyone who has ever experienced excessive armpit sweating (also known as hyperhidrosis) has tried many methods to try to hide the fact that they are sweating. I know that I have tried many things, and it can be frustrating to try to figure out what works and what is just a waste of time. Hopefully, I will be able to save you time and help you decide what will actually work best for you on your quest to disguise your armpit sweat.

-
Armpit sweat shields are very effective in hiding armpit sweating. They actually soak up the sweat from your armpits before the sweat can ever reach your clothes. They are very thin and come in different sizes and colors so that they are basically undetectable depending on what you are wearing. The shields have one sticky side, so turn your shirt inside out, peel away the protective backing, and stick the sticky side to the armpit area of your clothes. Make sure you throw away the guards after each use.

-
You may have heard of special “moisture wicking” clothes and wondered what makes them stand apart from regular clothes. It means that the fabric pulls the moisture away from the body and allows it to evaporate. These types of clothes are usually made from microfibers, so they are perfect for keeping your armpits dry and sweat free while working out. Since I already sweat a lot, it can sometimes be embarrassing to work out in a public gym. But this type of workout gear has really helped me to be able to work out more confidently.

-
Another popular hyperhidrosis treatment is hypnosis. You don’t really have to go see someone for this treatment, there are a lot of websites that allow you to download the self-hypnosis programs for a onetime fee, as opposed to going to get treatment on a weekly basis. The purpose is to actually reprogram your body and mind so you won’t sweat as much. If you’re skeptical about trying this less than conventional method, it should set your mind at ease to know that most websites that sell the hypnosis programs do offer a money back guarantee, so really, there is nothing to lose!

-
Another option to help with armpit sweating and odor is to brew 1 Tablespoon of dried sage in a cup of boiling water. If you a drink a cup of this mixture every day, you should notice reduced armpit sweating. I haven’t actually tried this method, but a friend of mine did, and he swears by it.

-
A lot of times, I like to use baby powder or cornstarch to helping absorb my armpit sweat. It doesn’t irritate my armpits, and it feels like there is a barrier to hold the sweat in and cool off my armpits.

-
I think my favorite way to fight excessive armpit sweat is to use an over the counter solution that can be applied to the underarms at night. When you wake up in the morning, you wash off the solution and use a deodorant to help with odor throughout your day. I recommend that you find a deodorant minus an antiperspirant because you don’t need both since the topical solution is basically a really strong antiperspirant.

-
Sometimes, it’s good to have an extra shirt to change into just in case. It always pays to stay prepared!

Armpit Sweat – How To Remove Armpit Stains

I think that maybe the only thing worse than having excessively sweaty armpits is being stuck with the stains after sweating through a shirt. Once they dry, these yellow stains show up very clearly on light colored shirts, especially white. The armpit stains usually make the article of clothing completely useless. I can’t tell you how many clothes I’ve had to just throw away because my stains from my armpit sweat had ruined them.

-
There was one time that I remember particularly well. I had just bought a new white shirt to wear to a dinner party, even though I was trying to stay calm and not sweat, I just kept sweating more and more. By the next morning, there were huge yellow sweat stains in the armpit area of my brand new shirt! Since this had happened to me so many times before, I knew that there would be no salvaging it, so of course, I threw it away. If this has ever happened to you, you’re probably shaking your head in agreement as you read this.

-
I have good news for you, by researching several different methods, I am now able to remove (or at least reduce) the stains the come from my sweaty armpits. Now you can say goodbye to wasting money on clothes you can only wear a couple of times, and say hello to a new way of cleaning them.

-
One of the mistakes most people make when it comes to removing armpit sweat stains is using chlorine bleach to attempt remove the yellow marks. This isn’t effective because it actually makes the stains darker and weakens the fabric. However, non-chlorine bleach (also known as hydrogen peroxide) is very effective in removing stains caused by armpit sweat because it actually starts to weaken the protein residue in the stains. Although you can apply the peroxide directly onto the stained area without diluting it, it is probably best to use mix equal parts water and hydrogen peroxide. Apply the mixtures to the stains, soak for 30-45 minutes, and wash the article of clothing.

-
For colored clothes, you can try a mixing a small amount of vinegar with about three times as much water. Apply it to the sweat stains, let it sit for about 30-45 minutes and throw it into the washing machine.

-
Another great way to remove stains from armpit sweating is to make a paste out of baking soda and water and rub it onto the stained areas. I would recommend using an old toothbrush to apply the paste. Allow the mixture to sit for about an hour and then wash it out of the garment. You can also substitute the water in the paste for hydrogen peroxide and you will have an effective stain removal tool.

-
Alcohol based baby wipes are helpful in removing those pesky stains from armpit sweat. This is something you can do on the go. If you start sweating in your clothes, you can run to the bathroom and wipe the area with the baby wipes right when it happens, and this help prevent the stain from setting into your clothes and make it easier to wash once you get home.

-
Just remember that after you wash the article of clothing, it is best to hang it to dry. The heat from dryers only makes the stain set and it be will harder to remove.

Sweaty Armpits Causing You Problems? Obsess No More!

I’ve noticed that a lot of websites on the internet address the problem of excessively sweaty armpits (hyperhidrosis). There are a lot of “natural” treatments, but I also realized that there are several fairly “aggressive” hyperhidrosis treatments.

-
During the course of my research, I actually discovered a fantastic natural approach to treating armpit sweat that didn’t require any of these more drastic methods. It has really made my life so much easier and restored my confidence. You really need to get this ebook if you want to cure overly sweaty armpits. Go check it out now by clicking here: sweaty armpits or by clicking the More Info button located left, under the picture of the book (you can also click on the picture).

-
However, I know how much of a struggle it can be to find solutions that are effective in hindering armpit sweating. Since I had already taken the time to research these methods, I decided I would share what I found.

-
There are some prescription strength antiperspirants that can assist in providing temporary relief from underarm sweat. These antiperspirants work best when they have been on the affected area for six to eight hours. With this is mind, the optimal time to apply these products is at nighttime before going to bed. You will want to make sure that you follow the directions very closely. The downside is that prolonged, repeated application can lead to severe irritation to the underarm area.

-
One approach that I wasn’t very familiar with was the option of taking oral medication as a hyperhidrosis treatment. These medications actually block the nerve impulses that connect to the sweat glands, and as a result, less sweat is produced. These treatments can be effective; however, the results can be accompanied with side effect ranging from dry mouth to blurred vision.

-
You might have heard of a lot of celebrities getting Botox treatments to help with their sweaty armpits. Yes, even celebrities suffer from armpit sweat! The Botox treatment for armpits works pretty much the same way that Botox for wrinkles works. A local anesthetic is rubbed onto the area to be treated, and the Botox is injected into several areas. Although sweating is greatly reduced, you should be advised that sweating does not completely stop, but most patients usually see an 80-90% decrease in armpit sweat. The process is fairly expensive, and there is no guarantee that you will not feel pain. I would definitely recommend talking to your doctor prior to pursuing Botox for hyperhidrosis treatment to see if it is right for you.

-
Some people turn to acupuncture to treat hyperhidrosis. Although you may be desperate to find a solution for your sweaty armpits, I strongly advise against seeking treatment from a non licensed practitioner. There have been reports of severe infections and even punctured organs from acupuncture that is performed incorrectly.

-
Sympathectomy is another term for having surgery to treat armpit sweating. Two small incisions are made under in each armpit, and the surgeon identifies and removes the glands that are responsible for hyperhidrosis. It is important to remember that although it may seem minor, sympathectomy is in fact a surgical procedure, and does have its share of side effects, including compensatory sweating. This means that to compensate for the removal of the sweat glands in one area of the body, another part of the body may start to experience excessive sweating.

-
I hope this was helpful, and that you will be able to find a treatment just as effective as the one I discovered. Everyone deserves to feel confident in their own skin.

Armpit Sweat – Foods That Are Good For You

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved Mexican food. But not just any kind, the spicier, the better. I used to always laugh at people who asked for mild sauce on their tacos. Then one day, some friends and I decided to have a hot chili pepper eating contest. The good news is I won the contest! The bad news is it seemed like my armpit sweat got even worse right after the contest. I did a little research and found out that certain foods were actually making my sweaty armpits worse! Believe it or not, spicy Mexican food was one of the main culprits. So I altered my diet to help me cope with my excessive armpit sweat, and I’ve noticed such a positive difference!

Eating food rich in calcium has really helped my sweaty armpits. Low-fat dairy products are great sources of calcium, and so are fruits, green leafy vegetables, tofu, and nuts. On days when I feel like I won’t be able to actually eat calcium rich foods, I make sure I take a calcium supplement to help reduce my armpit sweat.

I started eating less simple carbohydrates such as: white flour, white sugar, soda, etc., and I started eating foods with more fiber such as: beans, oats, whole wheat bread, etc. But just because I gave up most complex carbohydrates, that doesn’t mean that I had to give up everything. A lot of companies are making my favorite foods with fiber added, and this is great news because I can still eat some of the foods I love while helping reduce my excessive armpit sweating.

Not only do spicy foods accelerate armpit sweat production, but extremely salty foods do as well. So now instead of adding extra salt to my food, I remind myself that too much salt could equal potential embarrassment later!

Spicy Buffalo Wings

Want some buffalo wings?

I started drinking caffeine free, iced coffee in the mornings, because caffeine stimulates the nervous systems and causes excessive sweating. I drink my coffee iced because my armpits always seem to sweat more whenever I drink hot drinks.

To top it all off, I stopped smoking. I noticed that every time I had a cigarette, my armpits would sweat even more. It turns out that smoking actually decreases the amount of oxygen in the blood and raises the body temperature, and as a result, you sweat more.

Since I gave up caffeine, I don’t drink nearly as much soda as I used to, instead I try to drink more water. Water is a key ingredient in fighting the battle against sweaty armpits because it helps our bodies to eliminate toxins naturally, and the body doesn’t have to sweat out the toxins. Not only does water help to replace the fluid that I lose when my armpits sweat, but cool water helps to lower my body temperature and I don’t sweat quite as much.

I hope that if you try these things, you’ll see great results that I saw when I changed my diet. It might be challenging at first, but just remind yourself of the great results you will see from sticking to it and not eating the foods that make you sweat.

Sweaty Armpits And The Doctor

I’m going to be really short here :)

Armpit Sweat And The Doc

Don't be afraid of the doctor :)

Hyperhidrosis can be a really embarrassing problem so that’s why a lot of people suffering from this condition are not

perfectly relaxed in most social situations and especially in encounters with strangers.

This is one of the main reasons why most people, who suffer from sweaty armpits, won’t visit their doctor. Usually it’s so embarrassing to them they won’t even speak about it to their closest ones, let alone doctors.

If you haven’t visited your doctor yet I strongly urge you to make an appointment as soon as possible.

They’ll be able to advise you on a lot of stuff and most importantly they’ll be able to (hopefully) pinpoint the exact reason why you’re sweating so much. May just be that you’re not suffering from hyperhidrosis after all since there are a bunch of other diseases that cause excessive sweating.

Do yourself a favor and go visit a doctor. Seriously, if I managed to go and see my doctor about a haemorrhoid problem (one of the most embarrassing experiences in my life) I once had…let me tell you that sweaty armpits compared to hemorrhoids are a walk in the park.

If still in doubt, just ask yourself this question: “What’s the worst that could happen?”

Fighting Armpit Sweat With The Right Clothing

If you’re reading this, you probably have the same problem I used to have: excessive armpit sweat. Not only are sweaty armpits annoying, they can also be extremely embarrassing. Although, I tried many things to cope with the problem, nothing I tried seemed to be effective. It seemed liked the more I tried to control my sweaty armpits, the worse they got.

Then one day, I discovered something amazing; my shirts were actually causing me to sweat more. Once I realized that certain fabrics were making my sweaty armpits worse, I felt like I had a new lease on life. Not only was I able to relax and really enjoy myself in social settings, but my confidence went through the roof. So now, I’m going to share with you my secret for less sweat.

One day I noticed that I’d hardly been sweating at all, and I realized that the shirt I was wearing must have caused me to have less armpit sweat. My linen shirt was much more breathable and lightweight than shirts I usually wore, and it was slightly baggy. The bagginess caused there to be more circulation around my armpits, and the air circulation caused me to sweat less. I still wasn’t completely convinced that my shirt had been causing me to sweat, so the next day, I decided to wear a tighter shirt that was made from a synthetic fabric. Sure enough, in just a couple of hours, my sweaty armpits were back. Now I was completely convinced that the type of shirt I wore played a big part in my armpit sweat problem.

On a day-to-day basis, I prefer to wear natural, breathable, and slightly baggy fabrics such as linen, bamboo, cotton, lightweight wools, etc. These fabrics allow my skin to breathe and if I do start to sweat, the fabric dries fairly quickly. I’ve also discovered that there are some specially formulated microfibers that are great for working out because they actually help to pull the sweat away from my body.

Now that I’d discovered what fabrics made me sweat less, I had to figure out what fabrics made my sweaty armpits worse. I suggest you avoid fabrics such as leather, traditional polyester, nylon, fur, silk, heavy and/or tight fabrics, etc. Although silk is technically a “natural” fabric, if you start to sweat while wearing a silk shirt, it can be pretty hard to hide the sweaty armpit marks, so I try to avoid it.

Even though I don’t have to deal with sweaty armpits as much as I used to, I still do sweat sometimes. To help with that, I like to wear black, navy, and pretty much any dark color to help hide the sweat marks. Believe it or not, bright white can also help to camouflage wet marks on shirts. Patterns are also great for hiding wet marks from sweaty armpits. Sometimes I carry a jacket/sweater just in case I start sweating a lot.

Remember that sweating is a natural part of life, so don’t feel bad about your excessive armpit sweat. These were the techniques that worked best to help control my armpit sweat, but everyone will experience different results. Try different fabrics and see which ones work best for you. Good luck!

Combat Excessive Armpit Sweat With…Holy Trinity Of Healthy Living?

Aren’t You amazed how often the simplest solutions are the best answer to a big problem? Keep on reading and see what I mean.

Our bodies are amazing. Made out of trillion cells I still wonder how is it possible for a complex system like ours to function properly on a regular basis.

When our bodies are thrown out of balance, some malfunctions can occur like in our case excessive armpit sweat. The problem to our sweaty armpits can be traced to our genetics but most importantly our lifestyle habits.

Armpit SweatIf we have bad lifestyle habits it makes us stressed out and more prone to excessive armpit sweat. Bad habits include bad diet, almost no recreation and no stress relieving activities. We could probably join the last two together but they can be also treated separately for a bigger effect.

All these lifestyle areas are easy to improve on and the improvements can be “cheap as chips”. So you’re probably wondering what does the Holy Trinity Of Healthy Living mean or more precisely what it includes? In short it’s diet, exercise and relaxation.

If you want to prevent excessive armpit sweat the easiest thing to do is clean up your diet. I’m not talking about a total diet “overhaul”. Ultimately a small number of tiny changes will add up to some massive improvements.

I’m not going to talk long about it since there’s a lot to cover but by simply eliminating all the highly processed junk food (every food containing one of these two ingredients: white flour and refined/white sugar) from your diet you will make a real change.

And also be sure not to drink your calories (soft drinks, juices, etc.) since their nutritional value equals 0.

Stick to the whole, least processed foods. Just this change made a huge impact on my armpit sweat.

Even easier than cleaning up your diet is to drink plenty of water. Seriously this can’t be stressed enough since a lot of people go about their daily lives dehydrated without them even knowing it! When you feel thirsty you’re already dehydrated, so be sure to keep a bottle of water (non-plastic preferably) with you as much as possible. There are lots of hydration calculators available on the internet, just type in the phrase in Google and you’ll find them.

On the recreational front I might suggest you going on a light walk (get yourself a dog if you don’t have one!) or if you’re fit enough do some light jogging or better yet, join a gym. A fit physique will also help you correct the image about yourself.

Recreational activities are also very effective in battling stress but if you want to really tackle the stress factor in your life try to attend some yoga or meditation classes (I’m sure there are lots of other oriental ways for these purposes that I don’t know about, pick your choice).

There’s no excuse for you to do what I’ve described up there. Seriously when I look back on my life I can tell you that I was one of the laziest people I knew about. Just by implementing these I became more happy, confident, almost armpit sweat free and I also managed to loose 10 pounds of fat like it was nothing.

Just these guidelines combined with this All-Natural approach to treating excessive armpit sweat (you can check it out by clicking here: armpit sweat) will eliminate this annoying problem Once And For All.
